Economy Basic fare doesn't earn blue credits

Air France and KLM have introduced a new Basic fare for travel from September 9, 2025, to/from ten European destinations. This affordable option is ideal for short trips with small hand luggage that fits under the seat. Larger or additional hand luggage can be booked up to four hours before departure. Flying Blue Ultimate, Platinum, Gold, and Silver members retain their right to free hand luggage.

Please note that the new Basic fare in Economy Class is excluded from the bluebiz credit earn program. This means members traveling on a Basic fare will not earn blue credits, and these transactions won't appear on the bluebiz overview. Additionally, revenue from Basic fares won't count towards the bluebiz entry level. All other bluebiz benefits and corporate recognition remain unchanged.
